Receptionist/Office Administration Requirements

RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Primary Duties are to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform reception duties, management support, management of office supplies/stationery and management of incoming and outgoing mail.

The applicant is required to have the following Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Current driver’s license (optional)
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Database management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Professional phone manner
  • Good communicator with effective people skills
  • Ability to build relationships, remember people and make them feel welcome/important

Property Management Responsibilities

We are looking for an applicant with excellent communication and people skills, be experienced in computer usage, be willing to complete the REIQ registration course and have a current Queensland drivers licence.

Applicants will have the following key responsibilies:

  1. To have a comprehensive understanding and up-to-date knowledge of industry legislation
  2. Create strong trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
  3. Manage, grow and develop a portfolio that conforms to the Harcourts Way with Best Practice
  4. Work with a team in a professional, efficient and diplomatic manner
  5. Administration duties as required

Property Management Selection Criteria

Selection Criteria:  Please answer points 1 – 6 in no more than 50 words each. 

  1. Complete documentation:  eg Tenancy agreements and Bond lodgements
  2. Arrange property repairs and maintenance
  3. Provide advice to property owners and tenants
  4. Conduct property inspections and prepare inventory and condition reports.
  5. Assess and process tenancy applications
  6. Time management skills
